Actually, the TEFL Institute of Ireland has in-person courses available in Dublin – https://tefl.ie/

Also, there is a course from The TEFL Academy available in person at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin Custom House – https://www.theteflacademy.com/ie/tefl-course-locations/dublin/

Both are great options.
